Cancellation / Editing Policy
Thank you for shopping at Redstag Supplies! We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or edit your order. Below is our cancellation and order editing policy, along with guidelines for handling delivery delays and incorrect orders.
1. Order Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing the order. To initiate a cancellation, you can follow one of the following methods:
- Send an email to info@redstagsupplies.com with your order details and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."
- Leave a message on our chat system indicating your order number and request for cancellation.
Please note that any cancellation requests received after the 2-hour cut-off time may not be accepted as the order might already be in the processing stage. If your order has been processed, you can follow our standard return procedure after receiving the package. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued in the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Order Editing Policy: To ensure timely processing and delivery, we cannot guarantee the ability to edit orders after they have been placed. However, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately via email or our chat system within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee the availability of order modifications after this cut-off time.
3. Handling Delivery Delays or Incorrect Orders: If you wish to cancel your order due to delivery delays by the shipping carrier or because you ordered the wrong item, you have the following options:
a. Refusing the Package During Delivery:
- If you notice any discrepancies or delays during delivery, you can refuse the package when the delivery person attempts to deliver it. The package will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
b. If You Missed the Delivery:
- If you miss the delivery person and the package is delivered, please do not open it. Instead, take the package directly to the shipping carrier's office and inform them that you are refusing the package. Once you have done this, kindly notify us via email at info@redstagsupplies.com with your order number and the subject line "Refused Package." We will then monitor its return to our distribution center.
4. Refund Process:
After the package has been received and processed by our distribution center, we will proceed with issuing a refund in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
