For order editing, use subject: "Edit Order Request"

We have a 2-hour policy for order changes or cancellations. Once an order is in the fulfillment process, canceling or editing it becomes challenging due to logistical reasons. After the two-hour mark, the order is likely being processed, packed, or prepared for shipment. Canceling or editing after two hours is not guaranteed, as factors like order status and progress play a role. While we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes to the order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
