Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- All original tags must be attached.
Return shipping costs
- If you are returning an item due to a customer error or personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns due to customer errors such as wrong shipping address, wrong item order, personal reasons, items not needed anymore, etc.
Customer responsibility
- Customers are responsible for verifying that the part they are ordering is correct and compatible with their appliances.
- Customers should check the owner's manual or the manufacturer's website to verify the part number they need before placing an order.

Refunds
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
- In most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
- The time it takes to receive your refund includes the following:
- Transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days)
- Time for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- Time for your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days)
