Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is a result of customer error or any personal reasons, then the customer will be responsible for paying their own return shipping costs which will be non-refundable.
Customers bear the sole responsibility of checking whether the part they are ordering is correct and compatible with their appliances.
Customers should check the owner's manual or the manufacturer's website and verify the part number they need before placing the order.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days). A 20% restocking fee would be applied if the refund is due to customer errors such as wrong shipping address, wrong item order, personal reasons, item not needed anymore, or on certain unopened items if the returns are processed beyond the 30 days returns period.
